10 times increase in online revenue
After the website redesign was complete, we employed an extensive marketing strategy spanning over 2 years. It included major branches of SEO optimization, digital marketing, and PPC.
At the end of the second year, Karat-S’s online store saw a 10 times increase in online revenue compared to the previous period.
Additionally, we designed and printed thousands of modern tri-fold brochures, flyers, and various promotional materials that increased the sales for the offline stores.
Through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and digital marketing efforts, we continue to improve the results.
After the success of the online system for ticket purchasing, additionally, we developed a new ticket validation system for the bus drivers, as well as a loyalty card program.

Mobile buyers were simply a non-existing category before we launched the redesign. Through UX tests and creative marketing campaigns, the category quickly experienced a massive increase in sales. Currently, half of all transactions are coming from mobile devices and our analytics predict that the trend is only going to grow stronger.
